How it works

Three steps. No new habits to learn.

01

Twist it on

PillFlow attaches to a standard bottle in place of your regular cap — no tools, no adapters to lose.

02

Drop your pill in

Open the side chamber and drop in a tablet, capsule, or softgel. It sits above the waterline until you tip.

03

Tip and drink

As you tip the bottle to drink, the pill falls into the stream and rides the water down with you.

Why PillFlow

Built for the moment you actually take it.

01

No powder mess

No crushing, no dissolving, no gritty aftertaste — the pill stays whole until it’s already going down.

02

Fits your bottle

Designed to thread onto standard-neck bottles you likely already own.

03

Dishwasher safe

Top-rack safe. Rinse it or run it — no hand-washing routine to keep up with.

04

Nothing to power

Fully mechanical. No batteries, no charging, nothing to break down when you need it most.

Good to know

Questions people ask before their first PillFlow.

Does PillFlow contain or alter medication?

No. PillFlow is a mechanical aid only — it holds a pill in a dry chamber and releases it into your water stream when you tip the bottle. It does not contain, deliver, dissolve, or otherwise alter any medication.

What bottles does it fit?

PillFlow is designed for standard-neck bottles. A wide-mouth adapter is planned for a future release.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes — PillFlow is top-rack dishwasher safe. It can also be rinsed by hand with warm water.

What size pills work with it?

PillFlow is sized for standard tablets, capsules, and softgels. Very large or irregularly shaped pills may need a test drop before daily use.
